LET´S FLY provides comprehensive programme of training for pilots flying for fun. We are able to be helpful in all ways of flying and training. Following this information you´ll find out all basic facts how to become a pilot. Anyway we are all prepared to talk it over with each client.
Every pilot becomes a real pilot after obtaining THE LICENCE. Even flying for fun requires such a licence and it is necessary to realize that PPL „private pilot licence“ does NOT entitle you to provide flying as a job and earn money. So the first abbreviation to know on the way to achieve it is PPL-already mentioned and explained.
Before you even start to dream and enjoy flying you have to fulfil several basic conditions mentioned in regulation JAR FCL- Joint Aviation Requirements – Flight Crew Licencing. Note JAR FCL to be a „Bible“ of flying and it´ll become a part of your flying life since the very first moment.
Let´s talk about the particular conditions. One of them is age. Minimum age to be a pilot trainee and do individual flights is 16. Minimum age for pilot claiming PPL licence is 17. It means there is no need to be over 16 to do training on engine planes, but you must be 17 to get the licence.
Much more important condition is your health. To achieve PPL qualification you need to be classified for class I or II defined in JAR FCL. Being class I is fair enough for PPL but it´s highly recommended to get class II for the future possibility to be a professional pilot. Even though it´s more demanding. For every pilot beginner we created the teaching and the training programme so it´s easy to find out what you can expect. To make it clear and for short it is a theoretical training according the programme of course of the theoretical preparation PPL . And then the pilots training according to study plan of course of private pilot PPL (A) . After the finishing of the theoretical course you will continue with 9 tests from only theoretical subjects. There is only place to pass these exams and it´s ÚCL Prague. We advise again to talk it over with somebody well experienced. We are prepared to be helpful in all ways of preparation. The practical part of PPL course is a real flying and is finished with verification with skilled flying instructor. He is in charge of deciding whether you reach required safety level for flying. Our students are very successful according the practical flying part. Finally you obtain your LICENCE of private pilot.
